Client Disclaimer, Terms of Service, Refund Policy & Digital Access Agreement

This agreement applies to all clients, customers, purchasers, and participants who access, purchase, or participate in services, programs, sessions, digital products, or other offerings provided by Bathrobe Spiritual LLC (“Bathrobe Spiritual,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any Bathrobe Spiritual LLC offering, you (“the Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Age Requirement: 18+

All Bathrobe Spiritual LLC services, programs, digital products, and offerings are intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any offering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase, access, or participate in our services or programs.

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue access if an individual does not meet this age requirement, subject to applicable law.

2. General Disclaimer

All content, services, sessions, programs, digital products, and educational materials provided by Bathrobe Spiritual LLC are intended for general educational, spiritual, personal development, and wellness purposes only.

Our offerings may include life coaching, breathwork, guided meditation, manifestation practices, spiritual education, intuitive tools, and other personal development resources.

These offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition. Participation does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship.

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome, transformation, financial result, relationship outcome, or personal achievement. Individual experiences and results vary.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes.

3. Life Coaching Disclaimer

Life coaching services provided by Bathrobe Spiritual LLC are intended to support personal growth, goal setting, self-reflection, mindset development, accountability, and individual development.

Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Our services are not a substitute for qualified professional assistance.

Clients are responsible for determining whether coaching is appropriate for their circumstances and for seeking professional support when necessary.

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC does not promise or guarantee specific results from coaching sessions, packages, or programs.

4. Breathwork & Wellness Disclaimer

Breathwork, guided meditation, and related wellness practices are voluntary experiences intended to support general well-being, self-awareness, relaxation, and personal development.

Breathwork may produce physical sensations or emotional responses and may not be appropriate for everyone. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if they have medical concerns, are pregnant, or have a condition that may affect their safety.

Clients agree to follow applicable safety instructions, participate within their comfort level, and stop if they experience concerning discomfort. Clients should disclose relevant safety concerns before participating.

Breathwork is not medical or psychological treatment and should not replace professional care.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bathrobe Spiritual LLC disclaims responsibility for risks that clients knowingly and voluntarily assume through participation. Nothing in this agreement waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

5. Spirituality, Faith & Personal Responsibility

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC may provide spiritual education, faith-related discussions, intuitive practices, manifestation exercises, meditation, and related personal development content.

Such content is provided for personal reflection, education, and spiritual exploration. Interpretations, beliefs, and spiritual perspectives are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

Clients are encouraged to exercise independent judgment and make decisions consistent with their own beliefs, values, and circumstances.

Clients remain responsible for their medical, financial, professional, legal, and personal decisions. Bathrobe Spiritual LLC does not guarantee that any spiritual practice, exercise, or service will produce a particular result.

6. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases from Bathrobe Spiritual LLC are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by the Company.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Private life coaching sessions and coaching packages.

• Breathwork sessions, ceremonies, and related services.

• Digital products, e-books, guides, courses, and downloads.

• Recorded sessions and digital educational materials.

• Online programs, workshops, and other paid offerings.

Clients are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, service details, booking information, and applicable terms before purchasing.

Technical difficulties, dissatisfaction with subjective experiences, a change of mind, or failure to use a purchased product do not automatically entitle a client to a refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Clients are responsible for attending appointments at the confirmed date and time and providing accurate booking information.

No-shows are non-refundable. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session, the appointment will be considered fulfilled, and no refund or replacement session will be provided, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing.

Rescheduling requests may be considered at the Company's discretion and are subject to availability and any terms communicated at booking. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

If Bathrobe Spiritual LLC cancels a paid session and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided where required by applicable law.

8. Digital Products & 90-Day Access Policy

All digital products sold by Bathrobe Spiritual LLC are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

Digital products may include e-books, downloadable guides, courses, educational materials, recordings, and other digital resources.

Digital products and associated access older than 90 days are subject to deletion, expiration, or discontinuation. Bathrobe Spiritual LLC does not guarantee permanent or lifetime access unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely saving eligible materials during the available access period, where downloading is permitted.

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC is not obligated to maintain, restore, or replace expired or deleted digital materials, except as required by applicable law.

9. Recorded Sessions & Recording Access

Recordings provided in connection with coaching, breathwork, readings, or other services are subject to the access terms communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

Access to recordings older than 90 days is non-refundable and subject to deletion. Bathrobe Spiritual LLC may remove, archive, or discontinue access to recordings after this period.

Clients are responsible for saving eligible recordings within the available access period, where downloading is permitted. Continued access, permanent storage, and restoration of deleted recordings are not guaranteed.

The expiration or deletion of a recording does not entitle a client to a refund, replacement session, or additional service, except where required by applicable law.

10. Official Accounts, Impersonation & Scam Prevention

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC communicates with clients and publishes content through its official websites, accounts, and communication channels designated by the Company.

Clients are responsible for verifying that they are interacting with an authentic Bathrobe Spiritual LLC account or authorized representative before making payments, sharing personal information, or purchasing services.

Third parties may create fraudulent accounts, impersonate the Company or its representatives, copy content, send unsolicited messages, or offer unauthorized readings, coaching, breathwork, products, or other services.

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC does not authorize payments to impersonators, unofficial accounts, or third parties claiming to represent the Company unless that payment method has been expressly confirmed through an official Company channel.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bathrobe Spiritual LLC is not responsible for money, personal information, or other losses arising from a client's voluntary payment to a fraudulent, impersonating, or unauthorized third party, including payments made through unofficial accounts, private messages, or unverified links.

Payments made to scam accounts are not payments to Bathrobe Spiritual LLC and do not create a client relationship, entitle the payer to Company services, or obligate the Company to provide a refund for money the Company never received.

Clients should independently verify account authenticity and payment instructions before sending money. If a client suspects fraud, they should contact the relevant platform and payment provider promptly.

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC may report impersonation, request removal of fraudulent accounts, and cooperate with relevant platforms or authorities where appropriate. However, the Company cannot guarantee that fraudulent accounts will be identified or removed, or that money lost to a scammer will be recovered.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that Bathrobe Spiritual LLC may have under applicable law, including responsibility for its own conduct where legally applicable.

11. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All original content, videos, recordings, written materials, digital products, branding, and other resources provided by Bathrobe Spiritual LLC are owned by the Company or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Purchases grant the client a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use purchased materials for personal purposes, subject to the applicable product terms.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, publicly share, commercially exploit, or represent Company materials as their own without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use may result in access restrictions or legal action where appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bathrobe Spiritual LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a client's use of, or inability to access, the Company's services, content, or products.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, digital platforms, recordings, or online services and is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms or circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. This agreement does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Changes to Services & Policies

Bathrobe Spiritual LLC may update, modify, discontinue, or change its offerings, digital resources, and business operations as reasonably necessary.

Any material changes to these terms will be communicated or published as appropriate. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that clients are entitled to under applicable law.

The version of the policy applicable to a transaction will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any terms expressly agreed to at the time of purchase.

14. Client Acknowledgment & Agreement

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any Bathrobe Spiritual LLC offering, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You understand that coaching and breathwork are not substitutes for professional healthcare or mental health treatment.

• You are responsible for your own decisions and participation.

• Purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

• No-shows are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

• Digital products and recordings older than 90 days are subject to deletion.

• You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of Company accounts and payment channels.

• Payments to fraudulent or unauthorized third parties are not payments to Bathrobe Spiritual LLC.

• You have read and understood these terms.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or restrict any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
