About
Kundalini yoga is a type of yoga that aligns and activates the chakras through a series of poses. These poses are for all levels and help clear out energies that cause energetic blockages. Kundalini energy is a Chi (Qi) energy that flows through the spine and regenerates the nervous system to aid in manifestation and co-creating our lives with the universe. Sometimes, we also need Reiki to help this flow and mental visualization to allow energy to flow. This may feel like tingles or a feeling of hot/cold in the body. Learn More Here

I have never received so genuine, pure angel reading from anybody else before! Amie was so understanding and adjusted to my communication needs by making sure the video has auto captions on. One video the caption was not working Amie have gone out of her time by redownload the video and made sure the caption was working by using a different software.
